Peter is one of the co-founders of Salvato, and leads all strategic, commercial, and operational topics for the company. Prior to Salvato, Peter worked on growth strategy for the leading SaaS provider of auto insurance claims technology in the U.S., as well as for one of the largest auto parts recyclers in the U.S. This understanding of both sellers and buyers led Peter to believe there is an opportunity to eliminate unnecessary costs and create a better auction for insurance vehicles, so we launched Salvato to do exactly that.

Serhii is one of the co-founders of Salvato, and leads all technology and software development for the company. Prior to Salvato, Serhii was a VP & Lead Software Engineer at JP Morgan Chase on large payments products for B2B clients. Prior to coming to the U.S., Serhii was a Software Engineer for the #1 largest new & used-car marketplace in Ukraine, and personally bought multiple insurance vehicles from U.S. auctions, which gave him a unique perspective about the opportunity to build a better product for sellers and buyers.

Dan leads global buyer development for Salvato, including all efforts to ensure both domestic and foreign-based buyers have access to quality insurance vehicles with significantly lower fees. Prior to Salvato, Dan spent the majority of his career at Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA) as a Branch Manager, Vice President of Marketing, and most recently as Vice President of Global Buyer Marketing and Vice President of Global Market Development. Since then, Dan has worked abroad for some of the largest global buyers of insurance vehicles, including as Chief Operating Officer at Marhaba Auctions in the U.A.E.

Morgan leads seller services for Salvato, including everything we do to help our customers move vehicles efficiently through the salvage process. Prior to Salvato, Morgan worked at CHAMP Titles as the Senior Solutions Consultant for their national salvage digital titling solution. Prior to working on the service provider side of insurance claims, Morgan worked as an IT Business Analyst at Nationwide, and as the Process and Strategy Owner for auto damage and total loss claims workflow and technology efforts at State Auto and Liberty Mutual.

John leads operations for Salvato, including all transportation and storage of vehicles that we manage on behalf of our sellers. Prior to Salvato, John spent the majority of his career at Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA) as a Branch Manager, Regional General Manager, and most recently as SVP of Centralized Operations - including transportation & logistics, vehicle titling, and catastrophe response.
